NovaKid is a rapidly growing online English school dedicated to providing top-tier education for children aged 4-12 worldwide. With a mission to create the best online education platform for young learners, NovaKid currently serves over 80,000 students across more than 40 countries, all supported by a team of 2,500 dedicated teachers. Job Overview We're looking for a CRM Marketer who excels as a collaborative team player within our fully remote environment. This role involves utilizing various customer insight frameworks to understand and address customer needs effectively, driving engagement through our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Bloomreach, and email design tool, Stripo. Key Responsibilities: Customer Insights and Analysis: Apply various frameworks (such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, Empathy Mapping) to gain a deep understanding of customer pains and needs. CRM Strategy Development: Use insights derived from customer analysis to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction and drive business results using Bloomreach. Campaign Execution: Design and implement engaging email/Whatsapp campaigns using Stripo, ensuring content is tailored to customer segments identified through insight frameworks. Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on robust data analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, product marketing and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficient with Bloomreach or similar CDPs for data management and campaign execution. Skilled in email design and coding using tools like Stripo. Competent in using analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and decision-making. Copywriting skills are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a remote team environment. Proven ability to apply customer insights frameworks effectively to CRM strategies. High adaptability with a commitment to learning and applying new methodologies in customer insight and CRM. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Education: Bachelor’s degree / course in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
