The position is open at a digital agency JETA based in Dubai. Remote work. A Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing digital marketing projects and client relationships to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Their duties include coordinating all aspects of digital marketing, working with internal teams, and maintaining communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining professional relationships. Understand client goals and ensure they are achieved through effective marketing strategies. • Project Coordination: Organize and coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and other channels. • Monitoring and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports for clients. Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—designers, copywriters, media specialists—to implement client strategies. • Campaign Optimization: Evaluate and suggest adjustments to improve campaign performance, based on analytics and data. • Budget Management: Ensure campaigns are executed within the allocated budget and propose ways to optimize its use. •Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to implement them in the work and offer clients the most modern solutions. Qualifications: • Experience in digital marketing or project management. • Client communication and relationship-building skills. • Understanding of various digital marketing tools and platforms. • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and propose effective solutions. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment. • Teamwork skills and the ability to effectively interact with different departments. • Ability to make independent decisions and promptly solve tasks. • Proficiency in English at a professional conversational level.Похожие вакансии
