United Plumbing is a TOP 5 provider of plumbing, Appliance Repair and HVAC services in San Jose area, committed to delivering top-quality solutions to our clients.Long-term position ONLY.We are looking for a Dispatcher (Appliance Repair, HVAC experienced) who is polite, sales oriented, loves communicating with people, and is passionate about what he/she is doing.Responsibilities:• Respond to incoming calls/emails;• Communicate with customers with sales oriented approach;• Engage in ongoing dialogue with clients and propose supplementary services;• Provide excellent service to our customers;• Schedule technician’s` jobs in our system.Schedule: PST time zone, night shift.Salary: $800 + bonuses.
