Job functions: Initial onboarding and continuing training to improve product/communication/skills; Day by day control of teams, KPIs, targets, etc.; Control of quality control procedures in the department; Day to day management of incident cases; Support and facilitate Intra department communication; Manage schedule and capacity of the team.
