We specialize in high-load software development and provide one of the best technology solutions for the iGaming industry worldwide.We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Online Casino Platform team, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions for the iGaming industry. Our platform is a B2B product that powers online casino businesses and includes a fully integrated native app along with a robust backend platform. We offer comprehensive services, including integrations with third-party providers (game providers, payment systems, Sportsbook), reporting tools, player account management, anti-fraud measures, and responsible gaming modules. Additionally, our ecosystem includes adjacent products such as a CMS, Affiliate tool, and customer-facing frontend.Key Responsibilities:1. Drive the Development of the Online Casino Platform and Native App: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the online casino platform and native app from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs. Ensure smooth integration of third-party services (e.g., game providers, payment systems) to offer a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. 2. Product Vision and Strategy: Shape the product vision specifically for the native app and casino platform, ensuring it caters to user needs and industry standards. Leverage market analysis to keep the platform competitive, adapting the product roadmap to incorporate new features for both the mobile app and the platform. 3. Feature Documentation and Development: Develop detailed feature specifications for both the platform and the native app. Work closely with UI/UX team, Business Analyst, Developers, QA to ensure smooth product delivery and feature integration across the platform and app. Manage the QA process to guarantee high-quality releases across multiple devices and platforms. 4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Participate in demos and gather feedback from clients and the Account Management team to iterate on product features, focusing on improving user experience in the native app and platform. 5. Growth and Market Leadership: Ensure the platform and native app remain at the forefront of the online casino market by focusing on player retention, monetization, and responsible gaming features. Regularly update the product based on industry trends, user behavior, and data analysis to optimize both the app and the platform for better performance. Expectations from the Candidate: Ownership of the Product Vision: Take full responsibility for the vision of both the platform and native app, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and market trends. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data, user insights, and marketanalysis to make informed product decisions that will drive product growth and optimization. Excellent Communication: Clearly communicate product requirements, goals, and progress across all teams (development, QA, marketing) and external stakeholders. Result-Oriented: Focus on delivering high-quality features and improvements that meet both short-term and long-term product goals, balancing speed and excellence. Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle complex product challenges, particularly in areas such as user experience, feature development, and platform scalability. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of the product roadmap. Proficiency in Tools: Be comfortable using task tracking systems like JIRA to manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Online Casino Products: Proven track record of managing successful casino products, ideally with a focus on native apps and platform integrations. Development Process Involvement: Hands-on experience working within development teams, guiding product requirements from vision to release.
