Our team is growing and we are looking for UA Manager to take control over for Meta Ads and Google Ads. What you'll be doing: Purchase traffic on Meta Ads and Google Ads on a daily basis Own the process of creating and testing creatives Test hypotheses and finding ways to scale Requirements: You have a proven track record of effective purchasing in Meta and Google Ads with budget >$100k You understand HADI cycles and can work within this process You have English proficiency of at least B2 level You know all marketing metrics and how they fit into unit economics You can create reports in Google Sheets or Metabase and explain your decisions based on analytics.
