Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the accurate processing of securities transactions; Verify transaction data for accurate input into systems, and resolve any issues that come up during processing; Set up, validate, and ensure the accurate charging and deduction of commissions from clients; Verify the correctness of expirations, deliveries, and settlements of options; Control and monitor errors and inconsistencies in submission and processing of the non-trading orders; Collaborate with the reconciliation department to identify and correct potential errors or omissions in the bookkeeping of financial transactions; Processing of orders, establishing transactions, and conversions; Providing reports, clarifications on non-standard issues; Adjustments/checks for current requests, transactions, clients, orders, and tools; Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of securities transaction settlements; Coordinate with institutional clients and other departments on investigations, support non-standard setups and arrangements, and handle exceptions to standard transaction routines. Required skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics; Prior experience in financial services, preferably brokerage, custodial businesses, or financial departments, will be a strong plus; Advanced Excel skills and experience with semi-automated spreadsheets; Ability to work with large volumes of data; Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus; Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and correcting discrepancies in financial transactions and processes; High level of accuracy and attention to detail; Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments (IT, Reconciliation, etc.); Working command of Russian and English languages.
