A company providing financial support services requires a financial director to lead international activities of clients from finance and accounting point of view. Jurisdictions: CIS, UAE, China, Russia Responsibilities: 1. High-quality planning, analysis and financial control of international businesses. 2. Accepting 100% responsibility for the financial policy of the supported business. 3. Using budgeting as a working management tool: income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet, understanding of forms and their interrelationships. 4. Working capital management. 5. Accounting correctness control, monthly closing setup (accounting and tax). 6. Transfer prices, global business rules. 7. Tax policy management and tax returns and settlements control. 8. Verification of contracts and counterparties for financial and tax risks, transactions structuring, currency control. 9. Automation of financial and accounting functions. 10. Target companies employees management (account and finance team). Values and skills: 1. The position involves operational work ("manual work") and operational control (50/50). 2. Deep understanding of financial analysis, cash flow logic and profit movement within the company and beyond. 3. Accounting and tax accounting understanding of the specified jurisdictions or willingness to learn. 4. IFRS strongly understanding. 5. Ability to take responsibility for your actions and admit mistakes along with achievements. Requirements: 1. Experience as an international financial manager / finace director / CFO of foreign business for at least 3 years. 2. High economic/mathematical/financial education. A PhD and/or MBA degree will be a plus. 3. ACCA DipIFR certificate will be a significant plus. 4. Confident user skills of 1C products (UNF, 1C:8), MS Office, complex Excel tools. 5. Fluent English. 6. Successful completion of the professional and logical test. 7.
