We are now looking for a well-organized, bright, inquisitive, and energetic Java Developer to join the back-end development team. This team is the technical engine of the company as we utilize our data to help us determine the best solutions for our processes. In this role, you will be responsible for code base developing and implementation. You will also work with developers on RnD tasks, working cross-functionally to explore trends and identify opportunities to create value. Responsibilities: Collaborate across teams to innovate software solutions, identifying high-impact patterns and deploying them iteratively Help to define and communicate technical vision, ensuring alignment with product goals Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, adhering to best practices and standards, ensuring end-to-end technical ownership and task delivery Analyse and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and addressing technical debt promptly to maintain product health Estimate efforts, provide technical support, and contribute to hiring and training, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Requirements: University degree in Computer Science or in a related field Demonstrated work experience of at least 3 years in designing and developing services or applications within an organization Experience of at least 5 years in Java/Spring and hands on experience with solid principles and clean code methodology in a similar role and hands on experience with solid principles and clean code methodology English (verbal & written) - at least intermediate level Will be considered an advantage: Experience in designing and implementing modern cloud-based applications Good understanding of/and building, fault-tolerant and no-downtime distributed cloud systems Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms What we offer: Competitive Salary Annual Allowance for Medical Insurance Coverage 20 Vacation Days plus Public Holidays Remote work from your preferred location Discounted Language Courses International Team Interested applicants are required to submit their CV in English.Похожие вакансии
