Обязанности:

Role Kaspersky is looking for an experienced operations manager to drive Kaspersky presales activities around the globe. The ideal candidate must have good understanding about Cyber Security world and Sales or Presales operations. The role involves into constant communications with regional presales, turning data-driven insights into actions and improving overall presales efficiency. Duties Maintain presales knowledge base and improving it based on regional feedback and best practices. Ensure that presales have all needed documentations for day to day operations. Continuous cross team collaboration during presales material creation. Maintain and organise Global Presales projects and tasks Facilitate Presales Request usage in regions. Ensure that Presales Request data valid and actual Analyse Presales Requests dynamics and trends. Maintain Global Presales Portal and User feedback system. Continuous monitoring of regional presales KPI. Maintain presales KPI monitoring system Develop requirements for presales reporting. Keep them up to date Creation of custom presales reports Collect regional presales feedback about educational needs. Create an actionable plan for improvement based on this feedback Close communication with HR and educational team about presales learning paths. Lead presales communication channel (presales newsletters, chats, community groups) New presales onboarding and help during probation period Handling non-solution specific presales requests Experience, Skills and Competencies 2+ years working experience in IT operations or Sales organisation. Good understanding of Cyber Security market. Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, PowerBI and similar systems Confident mastery of the PowerPoint and Excel Good presentation ability and ways to highlight “selling points” in collected information. Good verbal communications and negotiation skills. Ability to work closely with high performing and demanding sales teams. Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to take ownership. Highly proficient in spoken and written English Preferred Requirements: 3+ years of presales or similar experience in Cyber Security. Experience in project management Experience working with global markets Experience working with knowledge base platforms or Customer Feedback platforms
