We are Enterra Soft, a product-focused IT company. For over 20 years, we’ve been developing gaming software in the B2B sector. Our team spans across dozen countries, and our product is used worldwide. We are currently looking for a PR Manager to join our team! The vacancy implies work on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus. A Public Relations (PR) Manager in the iGaming industry is a highly creative and dynamic role that encompasses much more than just writing and content creation. The job involves organisational skills, project management, supervising speakers, and building excellent relationships with the media, among other responsibilities. The PR Manager will be at the forefront of nurturing a strong industry network, enhancing brand awareness, and developing a corporate image through innovative communication and effective media relations strategies. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics tailored to the iGaming industry. This involves coordinating all public relations activities and overseeing long- and short-term PR strategies. Media Relations: Craft and execute a media relations strategy, targeting high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. This includes managing media inquiries, interview requests, and fostering relationships with new and existing contacts within business and industry media. Content Development and Management: Create compelling content for press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, and social media. This also involves directing the social media team and ensuring engagement across various platforms. Influencer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the industry. This involves creating interesting content campaigns and sampling influencers with products to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and communicate PR results on a monthly and quarterly basis. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising continuously. Industry Trends and Relations: Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy. Build relationships with industry thought leaders to grow industry awareness. Participate in the management of the personal brand of spokespersons together with social media and content specialists (create communication strategies, manage the communication plans and implement them in the general content plan). Manage PR contractors on a daily basis, ensure all PR KPIs are reached (coverage, SOV (Share of voice), brand awareness) Design and build our media strategy (own-earned-paid) to increase brand and product awareness and consideration, identify consumers’ current and future needs while addressing them with relevant communication activities, and monitor the competition in PR. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Selection of illustrations and media materials for media, interaction with design and video production teams. Participation in the organisation and conduct of partnership projects (tournaments, partnerships with industry representatives, special content and media projects, such as webinars), jointly with the Head of Marketing Communications (HMC). Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in PR, preferably in the iGaming or related industries. Strong creativity, social skills, and ability to think strategically. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in creating well-written, engaging content and adept in orthography and grammar. English level required: B2+/C1, additional language skills are welcome. Experience in managing social media platforms and understanding the changing dynamics of media and consumer behaviour. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and adapt strategies accordingly. A PR Manager in this field must be a creative strategist, an effective communicator, and an industry trendsetter, continually adapting to the constantly evolving landscape of media and public perception.
