Own management processes, practices, and quality standards for the teams, and projects. Managing resource allocation, team development, optimization, planning, people performance, and satisfaction. Manage the plan, schedule, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the product. Empower development teams to take accountability for delivery, risk, and issue management and assist by removing blockers. Collaborate & build strong relationships with all stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure their needs and expectations are met, the delivery plans are clear. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest game dev quality standards. Communicating project status updates to management. Managing project risks and issues. Facilitate critical incident management and technical roadmaps. Maintain reports, records, and documentation to reflect department activities. Improving communication and interaction processes, adapting pipelines from the point of view of lean project management. What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Past commercial experience as a Software Engineer of 3+ years. Ability to dive deep into complex project delivery issues. Previous experience managing a remote multi-location team. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Russian and English (B2+). Experience in managing outsourced projects. Understanding of development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. Will be a plus: Experience in matrix management systems. Experience in the development of shooters (FPS\TPS). Familiarity with Web3 concepts and willingness to learn. We offer: An innovative project with no analogs in the market.
