Duties: Building an effective testing process (both automated and manual) of team services (websites, mobile applications, API) Leading a group of testers (2 professionals) - organization of the workflow, distribution of tasks / roles for testing, building a process of mentoring Testing non-standard cases Test scripting Control of testing execution, responsibility for testing quality Requirements: Experience in testing various types of IT services (high-load sites, web and mobile applications (Android, iOS), API) Proved experience of test team management Ability to identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release Experience with bug trackers (in particular, with Redmine) Automated testing of the frontend and backend Manual testing Functional, regression, integration, system, load testing Ability to test and find security issues is also encouraged (penetration / security testing) Knowledge of how cryptocurrencies work and / or experience in this area is encouraged Experience with Selenium is a plus Experience in testing financial services is preferred Terms: Full-time We use in our work: Agile, Redmine, Telegram, Discord, TopTracker Working hours: from 9 to 18 GMT +3
