As the Lead Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Farcana's Game Development structure and driving the resource management direction of our teams. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for game creation. What will you do? Management and coordination of development and delivery processes Coordination of 5+ PMs of local departments Collaboration with development, design, and testing teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time Ensuring products meet stakeholder requirements Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of delivery processes and improve user experience Participation in release planning and product life cycle management Risk management and problem solving that arise during development and implementation Establish a transparent, regular, and fast product delivery process Eliminate factors and neutralize dependencies that affect the work of the teams Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation What are we looking for? Previous experience in PC/console game development with a focus on product development (3+ years) Real work experience as a Lead Project manager of at least 2+ years Experience in managing a PM team of 3 people or more Previous experience managing remote multi-location teams Ability to dive deep into complex issues of the project delivery A clear understanding of business planning, capacity planning Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience working in matrix management systems will be a plus As an advantage experience in the development of shooters (FPS\TPS) Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English (B2+) We offer: An innovative project with no analogs on the market.
