Moreover, you will be responsible for implementation of HR strategies, culture change initiatives, leading organizational design, development, and change management initiatives. What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for a successful HR director from a medium-sized business (preferably from international FMCG industry). To be considered for this role, you need at least 3 years of experience in HR positions in international companies. A familiarity with legislative and regulatory legal acts and personnel management methodologies will be your advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
