Responsibilities: Processing incoming requests (there are no cold calls, you are not looking for clients!) ; Initial consulting of clients on the company's services in English; Identifying customer needs; Maintaining a customer base in CRM; Help with activating the client's personal account. Requirements: English language proficiency C2 level; Competent written and oral speech; Willingness to work in an active atmosphere; The desire to develop and strive for successful results.
