Responsibilities: Responsible for bulk delivery and testing of equipment, and on-site product failure service. Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily work docking of service centers and maintenance service centers. Solving clients' product quality problems, and providing CQM solutions. Responsible for customer relationship management, committed to improving customer satisfaction. Writing a guide to deal with product failures according to the needs of local clients. Assisting commercial engineers to manage spare parts. Qualifications: At least 3 years related working experience. good understanding in after-sales work for industrial automation products.(Installion and commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Repairing,Testing, etc.) Have deep experience in mainstream brands of Medium-Voltage AC drive,engineering AC drive,Low-Voltage AC drive,etc. Willing to travel (50% of the time), hard-working, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
