Hello!We are a rapidly growing, tech-forward fintech company with offices across Russia, Europe, and Asia. We are currently looking for a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team, starting in Moscow and later relocating to Cyprus after the probation period. Position Overview:As an HR Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, operating the local payroll system, and updating internal databases for both our Russian and Cyprus offices. While we currently have a team of 60 employees, we are expecting more to join soon.The ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR procedures, a strong understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to manage various HR tasks efficiently. Please note that we are only considering candidates willing to relocate to Cyprus. Key Responsibilities: Conduct HR audits in all company locations. Manage and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, service agreements, employment books, and other labor-related documents. Work with HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring accurate and timely entry of both current and archival data, and preparing analytics as needed. Operate local payroll systems to update employee data promptly. Draft and process employee bonus letters. Keep employees informed about the company’s internal regulations and ensure updates are communicated effectively. Prepare and maintain non-compete agreements. Track and manage records of working hours, vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Administer local benefits and perks. Prepare HR reports and employment certificates as needed. Draft internal instructions for managers upon request. Support the tax manager with employee tax declarations. Prepare and manage documentation for official internships. Oversee occupational safety by managing safety policies and ensuring safe working conditions. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant HR operations experience. Strong knowledge of Russian labor law (knowledge of Cyprus labor law is a plus). In-depth understanding of HR processes and procedures, and experience working with HRIS systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly detail-oriented. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluent in both Russian and English.
