Head of Analytics

Head of Analyst You will serve as the main business intelligence source, helping drive the company's growth by providing data-driven insights for business and platform optimization. What You'll Do Lead and empower the analytics team (3-4 members) to create exceptional data results. Support the day-to-day business by creating custom and recurring reports, enabling business decisions to be made. Collaborate with internal data providers to enhance data availability and usability. Includes creating requirements, test plans and data validation. Define business-critical reporting models, metrics and analyses that drive the business forward. Ideally, aggregate information from disparate reporting sources into a coherent, consistent framework to provide a holistic Next Best Action reporting. What You Need Bachelor’s degree specifically in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Analytics or a related field. At least 3 years of previous working experience in IT and/or Telco industry in Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Data Engineer role Fluency in Python and SQL for data analysis Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus accurately and thoroughly on multiple simultaneous research tasks. Analytical skills and track record of deriving business insights from data. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization to optimize business results.
