Обязанности:

Responsibilities: Customers Bookkeeping of bank statement in terms of receipts from customers and write-offs: bonus payments and corr. invoices to debtors. Customer clearing. Reconciliation acts preparing, checking, signing. Communication with managers under the issues of overdue closing, overpayment, clearing, set offs bonuses. Control of signing documents, electronic document (EDO system). Reflection of service centers warranty repairs costs and claims in SAP Timely and correct cost posting of service centers. Vendor clearing. Entering new product lines and cost centers for the automatic upload of service centers warranty repairs costs. Offset acts preparing for creditors of service centers. A pivot table report preparing and presenting for the month closure need. Reflection in SAP of data on models of equipment with a PVR recording function, quarterly reporting and payment initiation to the Russian Union of Rightholders. Data requestng on equipment models with a PVR recording function through the communication with managers and logistic department; monthly data reflection in SAP; quarterly reporting and payment initiation to the Russian Union of Rightholders. Requirements: High Degree (economics desirable); Knowledge of accounting entries in the section "Account Receivables"; MS Excel proficiency at the advanced level, ability to operate vast amount of data; Ability to work thoroughly with numbers; Analytical mindset, attention to the details; Responsibility, punctuality, ability to learn, stress resistance; Work experience no less than 4 years (accounting area); Intermediate English level is a mandatory; SAP experience would be an advantage. Terms: Office in the center of Moscow (Polyanka, Tretyakovskaya, Kropotkinskaya metro station) Work schedule - 5/2, from 9am to 6pm Promptly salary payments twice a month to a bank card (salary project) Employment card registration Annual paid leave (28 calendar days) Motivation to implement the plan Friendly team
