About Trillion Trillion (https://trillion.jewelry/) is an innovative technology company revolutionising the jewelry industry through cutting-edge virtual try-on solutions. Our mission is to enhance the online shopping experience by allowing customers to virtually try on jewelry pieces before making a purchase. Position Overview The Demand Generation Manager will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. This role requires a data-driven approach to identify target audiences, design effective campaigns, and measure the success of marketing efforts. The Demand Generation Manager will work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Who we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in SaaS, Big Tech, Retail tech, eCommerce SaaS or digital fashion/luxury/jewelry tech sales. Experience in complex B2B sales is a must. Clear understanding of a full sales cycle (lead sourcing, outbound/inbound, account management & aftersales ) and interest in the fashion, luxury & jewelry industry. Ability to work with outbound (70%) and inbound (30%) sales. Experience running brand partnerships and successful creation of partnership networks would be preferred. Must be familiar with CRMs like Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc. Experience working with Outreach.io, Apollo, Saleshandy, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Working experience with Clay or other automation tools would be a good advantage. English level - advanced, proficient or native. Great negotiation and lead qualification skills. Growth focused. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with the company's revenue goals. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and events. Identify and segment target audiences to tailor marketing messages and improve campaign effectiveness. Manage the lead nurturing process, ensuring that leads are appropriately qualified and handed off to the sales team. Collaborate with content creators to develop assets that support demand generation campaigns, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to optimize future campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and to refine lead scoring and qualification criteria. Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and report on campaign performance and lead flow. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in its demand generation efforts. What we offer: Hybrid work.
