The Role: Frontend JavaScript Developer As our Frontend Developer, you'll work remotely to build and optimize a user-friendly platform that makes complex technologies accessible and enjoyable for small business owners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React, Redux, RTK, React Query, and Vite. Implement responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS and SASS. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to maintaining high coding standards. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly in SaaS or B2B environments. Proficiency in React, Redux, React Query. Experience with state management libraries like Zustand or Redux. Deep understanding of component-based design and RESTful API integration. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Essential Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities for effective remote collaboration. Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a distributed team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
