We are looking for an experienced Email/CRM Marketer to join our international team at Voximplant, working with a dynamic, multi-cultural group across regions. You'll be working primarily in English and Russian, with additional exposure to Spanish and Portuguese, where translators can assist. Our B2B software enhances customer experience with solutions like AI-powered voice bots, IVR, and chatbots. You'll work closely with the Product team, applying your analytical mindset to optimize the entire customer journey. Responsibilities Segment lists based on user behaviors like past email engagement, website interactions, progression through the sales cycle, and engagement with product applications. Keep emails and lists compliant with data cleanliness and spam laws. Collaborate with Product team to understand our products, identify effective ways to convey its unique benefits and selling points in email Manage campaigns consistent with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR requirements. Develop the strategy and messaging for drip sequence campaigns, including downloads, onboarding, event-based messages, and renewals. Build complex triggered, multi-stage email nurture journeys with personalized content Full cycle of preparing emails for regular email newsletters (layout adjustments, preparation of visuals and text, monitoring of send-outs). Development of lead magnets and subscriber acquisition pages, conversion optimization. Generation of ideas and launch of new automated customer interaction scenarios. Requirements 3+ years of email/CRM marketing experience; Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services and B2B marketing is preferrable Fluent and persuasive promotional copywriting skills for technical products, SaaS, software, or B2C subscriptions Working knowledge of Mailchimp user interface a plus English B2+ Experience with CDP and marketing automation platforms Experience with web analytics services (GA) Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as the specifics of email layout Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and persuasive content Understanding of the customer journey and ability to optimize for down-funnel conversion - not just opens and clicks Experience working in an international company, with different regions and languages Experience with web tracking implementation and BI Working knowledge of Excel or Google spreadsheets We offer: Dynamic environment and an amazing team to work with Comfortable office located within 5-minutes’ walk from Tulskaya metro station or 15-minutes’ walk from Shabolovskaya metro station or remote work 5/2 schedule Opportunity to develop a career in sales and sales management Competitive package: fix basic + commission; all payments are official Health Insurance Free tea & coffee, fruits and snacks Optional programПохожие вакансии
