Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A, business valuation, and other investment-related activities. Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, risk assessment, and financial analysis. Support the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making. Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Requirements: Education: Graduates from top-tier universities such as Russian Economic School, Higher School of Economics , or Moscow State University are highly preferred. Candidates with degrees from Financial University , RANEPA , Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, or MGIMO may also be considered. Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Big 4 (Business Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence, Deal Advisory) departments. Or relevant experience in M&A or Strategy departments at major market players. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent understanding of valuation techniques and financial due diligence. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and presentation skills.
