Seventy percent of our team members are technical specialists, encompassing development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics, while the rest comprise business units, including operations, legal, finance, etc. Responsibilities: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies. Monitoring and tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
