NovaKid is a rapidly growing online English school dedicated to providing top-tier education for children aged 4-12 worldwide. With a mission to create the best online education platform for young learners, NovaKid currently serves over 80,000 students across more than 40 countries, all supported by a team of 2,500 dedicated teachers. You will: Develop engaging, clear, and persuasive email, blog articles, landing pages and social media copy that drives open rates, click-through rates, and conversions Collaborate with the marketing team to create copy for various types of email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns, etc.). Write subject lines, preheaders, and call-to-action (CTA) copy that encourage email engagement. Tailor content for specific audience segments, ensuring emails are personalized and relevant. Maintain the brand’s voice and tone while optimizing email copy for clarity and impact. Work with designers to ensure email content is visually aligned with the message. Analyze email performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a copywriter with a focus on email marketing. Strong understanding of email marketing principles and strategies. Ability to write concise, compelling, and persuasive copy. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Familiar with JIRA and Slack Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics. We offer...
