Обязанности:
The position is related to the activities of the Company's Project Department in terms of correspondence, interaction with the relevant departments of the Company, data control, categorization of technical documents, system updating and communication as need by related internal parties, Clients, suppliers for documentation, basic document management workflow with MS office. We are looking for a person with an experience in EDMS and Intermediate Level English speaking skills. Job responsibilities include: - performing research to identify potential suppliers and evaluating their qualifications; - preparing purchase orders and contracts for approval within the organization; - keeping records of orders placed and shipments received; - ensuring compliance with regulations and Company procedures regarding purchasing and best practices; - coordinating with other departments within Company for the purchase of specialized materials or equipment; - working directly with suppliers to obtain bids on new or ongoing projects; - performing other relevant tasks assigned.Похожие вакансии
