Key Responsibilities: Atlassian Software Management: Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence instances.Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations.Implement workflows, custom fields, and other customizations as required.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and performance. Google Workspace Administration: Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Documents, etc.) for the organizationManage user accounts, groups, and security settingsProvide support for end-users and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace. GitLab CE Administration: Manage repositories, user permissions, and integrations.Ensure the security and integrity of the GitLab environment. Keycloak Administration: Integrate Keycloak with various applications and services.Monitor and maintain the security of the Keycloak environment. Slack Management: Administer and maintain the Slack environment for the organization.Manage user accounts, channels, and integrations.Provide support and troubleshooting for Slack-related issues. AWS Organizations Management and IAM: Administer and manage AWS Organizations and IAM, including account creation and management.Implement and enforce policies and security measures across AWS accounts.Monitor and optimize the AWS environment for cost, performance, and security.Provide support and troubleshooting for AWS-related issues. Pritunl and OpenVPN Administration: Manage VPN user accounts and permissions.Ensure secure and reliable VPN connectivity for remote usersAlso important: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to have: Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
