Job Description : International tax planning and application of double tax treaties rules Advise on complex cross-border tax issues related to group restructurings and re-domiciliation Prepare tax opinions on use of complex structures, i.e. cell funds, trusts, foundations, insurance products, etc. Advise on Russian CFC rules and prepare tax declarations for controlling persons Communicate with foreign service providers, tax and legal experts Advise on tax aspects in the context of matrimonial, succession planning, etc. of clients with international asset base Requirements: Prior experience in law firms, Big 4 international tax practice (3-4 years) Excellent writing skills in English and Russian Russian legal and tax education Recommendations from previous placements Compensation: Base monthly salary RUB 200,000 -250,000 (net) Quarterly and annual performance bonuses Upgrade of position upon regular evaluation, partnership trackПохожие вакансии
