What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities): Ensure compliance with the entities' statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements andstay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards. Analyze and present financial reports accurately, ensuring they are delivered promptly and communicate both monthly and annual financial statements. Review all financial plans and budgets, also oversee all financial, project/program, in addition grants accounting. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process. Monitor progress and changes, also inform senior management of the organization's financial status. Manage organizational cash flow, forecasting, and payroll functions across the regional offices. What You Need: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficient in accounting principles and advance in Microsoft Excel. A meticulous, independent, and analytical.
