Join our innovative company as a User Acquisition Manager, where you'll drive growth through cutting-edge strategies and be at the forefront of transforming the financial industry! Tasks: Create, optimize, and report on effective GoogleAds campaigns (Discovery, pMax, Search ant others); Develop and implement strategies for campaign structuring and targeting; Conduct in-depth audits of advertising campaigns; Work with large datasets and perform comprehensive analyses; Maintain detailed reports, monitoring ad performance indicators (KPIs); Collaborate with designers to develop creative advertising campaigns (videos and banners). Requirements: 1+ years of PPC experience; Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and conversion optimization; Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets; Native level of Russian and professional proficiency in English; Strong numerical skills and data analysis abilities.
