Job obligations: Research and analysis of product competitiveness (Russian assistance + involvement in consumer interviews and research + regular refresh of the pattern + new dynamic analysis + translation and pull-through) including but not limited to user research, customer communication, market analysis, competitive product analysis, etc. Memory + color matching (through market visits + shopping guide interviews + access to consumer interviews) clarify the competitive certainty of a single product. —— Need to output corresponding analysis materials Based on the competitive pattern and new product strategy (based on consumer demand), output product KSP selling points, output to the headquarters (color box packaging + official website) and local teams (support marketing materials + training materials) local language output/Russian secondary creation Product KSP + color naming, Russian pull-through (similar to the Russian KSP output of the headquarters, to ensure consistency) Product launch strategy and plan implementation; communicate with the factory to deliver relevant content and pull the business team to output local content on time Output product weekly and monthly reports + analysis Product channel PSI monitoring, identification of risk points And warn, propose solutions Output relevant project strategies, follow-up, risk point warning, review, etc., and output reports Output customer business negotiation materials (English + Russian) Requirements: 1+ years’ experience in Retail company as purchasing manager（mts/Mvideo/know-how/DNS ect.) prior work experience at IT companies as product manager is preferable for this role understanding of the Russian smartphone market Strong organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and creative Fluent English Conditions: Work in a fast growing international company Career growth opportunity working hours from 9-00 am -6-00 pm.Похожие вакансии
