We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in the gambling industry. Key Responsibilities:- Regulatory Compliance: ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant gambling regulations and laws, with a focus on jurisdictions such as Curacao, Malta, and others;- Complaints resolution: assist the Head of Compliance in resolving customer complaints, ensuring fair and transparent outcomes while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations;- Policy Development: assist the Head of Compliance in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory frameworks;- Risk Assessment: assist the Head of Compliance in regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks;- Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing compliance programs;- Investigations: assist the Head of Compliance in investigations into any compliance-related incidents or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting to relevant authorities when necessary;- Stay Informed: keep abreast of changes in gambling regulations, industry trends, and emerging best practices, providing timely updates to the organization.
