The employer pays for relocation for you and your family, provides housing, and pays for insurance The profile of the candidates shall be with the knowledge and experience of managing endpoints, orientation to details and user experience. Job Description – Windows Endpoint Administrator The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for managing Microsoft Windows 11 endpoints, encompassing hardware, operating system, and installed software. We currently employ a co-management strategy using SCCM and Intune, with a progressive transition to Intune as our primary administrative tool. The ideal candidate is a seasoned expert in Windows client management with a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle. Their knowledge and experience should stem from substantial tenure in this role, rather than limited project-based exposure. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with diverse users, translating their needs into actionable solutions. Attention to detail and a focus on end-user experience are paramount. Additionally, the candidate should possess experience managing Microsoft Office 365 applications, including the productivity suite, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Mandatory requirements for the position: Thorough and deep technical knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems, including configuration, deployment, management, and troubleshooting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Intune endpoint administration, Microsoft Autopilot configuration and deployment, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, including Azure Active Directory. Proven experience in endpoint security and hardening tools Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting endpoint management tasks. Solid understanding of the Active Directory, Group Policies and conditional access. Ability to manage endpoint-related projects effectively. Understanding of SCCM / MECM as administrator Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts clearly. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop solutions. Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Customer-centric mindset: Focus on understanding and meeting the needs of end-users. Desirable requirements for the position: Automation (mainly on PowerAutomate or PowerApps) Experience in management of Azure Virtual Desktop
