Due to business growth and expansion, the firm is creating a new vacancy for an experienced Lawyer directly reporting to the Head of the Legal Department. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be able to work from home a couple of days a week. This role will be entirely focused on the company's operations. Responsibilities: · Review and approval of contracts, control of the exchange of signed documents, control of the execution and exchange of closing documents, resolution/preparation of claims and disputes (if any); · Preparation and updating of LNA in accordance with legal requirements; · Organization of work with personal data; · Legal support of the company website, online and offline events; · Preparation of powers of attorney, interaction with notaries, registration actions; · Preparation of responses to government requests. authorities, passing KYC of banks and other issues arising in the current activities of the company; · Maintaining registers of contracts, powers of attorney, policies and keeping folders with documents on the server up to date; · Research on certain legal issues (judicial practice, analysis, information collection); · Conducting KYC of contractors: request and verification of provided documents and collection of publicly available information; · Fire safety and labor protection issues, civil defense and emergency situations (training and training); · Labor and personnel issues; · Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.Похожие вакансии
