We currently have the opening for a Customer Support Specialist.Responsibilities:- Consulting potential/existing customers on company's services over the phone (no cold calls)- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationshipRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree or above- English - Advanced (C1/C2)- Work experience in customer service (at least 1 year) preferably in an international company- Availability of stable Internet connectionConditions:- Full-time, remote work- Work schedule: 2/2 11:00 am - 11:00 pm (Moscow time)- Salary (60K RUB) net per month (4K per shift) + 6% to reimburse income tax if you are self-employed- Prospects for career and personal growthПохожие вакансии
