In 2022, we launched Yellana, our CPA network, and we are now seeking an active and ambitious Affiliate Manager to strengthen our rapidly growing team. Responsibilities: Find and recruit top affiliates and publishers in the relevant niche. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key affiliates and networks. Set and manage revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profit targets. Negotiate various payout models with affiliates, such as CPA, CPL, and CPS. Consult with affiliates regularly to help them optimize their performance and promote additional offers. Research and analyze industry trends and opportunities. Analyze reports and feedback to improve strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with the product team to identify and promote high-performing offers. Screen affiliates for fraud prevention. Travel to iGaming shows to network and close deals. Requirements: Fluency in English is a must. Excellent knowledge of traffic types and their effects on different products. Strong sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities. Positive outlook with the ability to influence and persuade others. Proficiency in building reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excel.
