We are YOU&CO co-living and we are hiring a Front Office Associate for seasonal role in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a friendly and easy-going person, whose RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Greeting all Guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival and over the phone; Performing check-in and check-out procedures, informing Guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data; Managing incoming reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities; Upselling additional facilities and services, when appropriate; Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments; Handling Guests complains in a timely and friendly manner; Coordinating Guest services, including Housekeeping and Maintenance requests; Providing pleasant and courteous customer service to all Guests and Callers, at all times. WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE: Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor Fluent English (B2) and Russian (C1) is a must, both written and spoken Experience in HoReCa and Opera PMS is desirable Arabic language will be an advantage WE OFFER YOU: Seasonal contract till May 30th with the possibility of further employment Fixed wage of 4000 AED monthly Housing in YOU&CO A collaborative and supportive work atmosphere А truly one-of-a-kind experience Job Type: Full-time seasonal Pay: monthly fixed wage Schedule: 5-2 rotating scheduleПохожие вакансии
