Develop and implement strategic technology plans. Evaluate and integrate new technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of the product. Discover your Fit 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, overseeing and managing high-load, large-scale projects. 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a solid understanding of trading platforms, financial services, and related technologies. Strong people management skills, with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams. Experience managing a team of 70+ employees, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and maintain team cohesion in a high-pressure environment.
