At Egor Technologies, we're at the forefront of developing cutting-edge crypto wallets, exchanges, and other bespoke Web3 solutions for clients worldwide. Now we're looking for an active and motivated Remote Business Development Manager with experience in crypto to help us expand our global footprint. What You'll Do: engage with CEOs and decision-makers of Web3 startups, Tier-1/2 exchanges, asset managers and other leading companies globally. manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals. conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends. deliver product demonstrations to highlight the value of our technologies. work closely with our CEO, sales, marketing, and product teams. provide market feedback to inform CEO and product development about new proposed features. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in BD or sales in Web3 (crypto) space is required. fluency in English is a must - all our clients speak English. bachelor's degree in related field will be your advantage. deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and emerging Web3 trends. excellent communication and interpersonal skills. proved result in sales or business development roles within the tech industry. proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and meet KPIs. you’re an initiative, driven and proactive problem solver.
