What You Will Do: Identify and Qualify Leads: Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and qualify leads for sales opportunities. Develop and Execute Outreach Campaigns: Craft compelling messaging and utilize various channels (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects. Create and Manage Sales Pipelines: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and communicate updates to the sales team. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead generation and handoff process. Develop Sales Tools and Processes: Contribute to the development and optimization of sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Our Ideal Candidate: SDR Expert: 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a SaaS company operating in a global market. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to identify trends, analyze data, and develop effective outreach strategies. Sales Automation Expertise: Proficiency in using sales automation tools like CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools. Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough market research, identify target segments, and understand competitive landscapes. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
