We work only with official legal investment immigration programs approved by national governments and verified foreign developers. Who are we looking for? We are seeking an organized and proactive Call Center Specialist to support our clients and provide them the most relevant information. Responsibilities: Making outgoing calls to a database of potential clients; Receiving incoming calls from potential clients; Correspondence with clients in corporate messenger chats and via email; Consulting and questioning a potential client on basic needs (budget, period of planned purchase, number of rooms, region of purchase, type of housing and other parameters established by the call center regulations); Entering the identified parameters into the client's card in the CRM; Transfer of target clients to the sales department for the purpose of further escalation of the client's request and sales and service sales; Work in accordance with the call center operating regulations; Reporting on the work done; Requirements: Fluent in English.
