Your Mission: As an Expansion Research Specialist, you'll dive deep into potential new product categories, from identifying opportunities to executing launches on Amazon. You'll collaborate across teams, ensure compliance, and create seamless processes, helping us break into new markets! Key Responsibilities: Research new product categories: from identification to launch strategy Develop, execute, and optimize launch plans for new products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches Track KPIs, analyze data, and continually improve processes Document and update SOPs for smooth operations Analyze market data to ensure profitability and minimize risks What You Bring: Proven experience in market research and expansion E-commerce and product launch experience (huge bonus!) Data-driven, with strong analytical and communication skills Proficient in Google Workspace, Sheets/Excel; knowledge of research tools is a plus Creative, solution-oriented mindset, and a love for process improvement Self-motivated, organized, and ready to take initiative!
