Axiom specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for the IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research industries. We have a track record of success in setting up effective remote command channels and executing complex IT projects.Our company is looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team and work on a new project that will involve the development of a complex, web-based application. The application will involve handling large amounts of data and processing it in real-time, as well as integrating with various external systems and APIs. Responsibilities Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code Ensuring designs are in compliance with specifications Preparing and producing releases of software components Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years of experience in Java development Experience with web-based application development and design patterns Strong knowledge of Java and its ecosystems, including Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JDBC Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with Git and code versioning Fluent English is a must If you are a skilled Java Developer who is looking for a challenging opportunity to work on a complex, web-based application, then we would love to hear from you.
