It is not just another platform for international B2B payments — we aim to anticipate and solve client’s unique business challenges. We are committed to exceeding our clients' expectations and are therefore looking for a talented and motivated Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves strategic account management, identifying growth opportunities, working with warm leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions; Nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded; Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients, driving revenue growth; Provide regular reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities. Desired skills and experience: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, sales, or customer service; Advanced English level (written and verbal); Ability to work independently and take initiative.
