Sino Services is seeking an experienced In-House IFRS Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for our foreign clients based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, managing audits, and working closely with clients to meet their reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements: Process and prepare accurate financial statements and reports for foreign companies in line with IFRS standards. Ensure compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks for financial reporting in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China. Auditing support: Collaborate with auditors and assist in conducting internal and external audits for client companies. Tax and regulatory filings: Assist in tax preparation and filing, and ensure timely submission of all regulatory documents. Advisory services: Provide IFRS advisory services to foreign clients, ensuring they meet international accounting standards. Process improvement: Continuously review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding their financial statements and regulatory needs. Key Requirements: Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IFRS accounting. Specific knowledge of financial reporting for companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China would be advantage. Technical Skills: Knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance in Asian jurisdictions. Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Software proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Detail-oriented: Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail in financial reporting. Team player: Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
