Using automation and an analytical approach, we manage to be TOP-1 in all countries where we operate and achieve high business indicators.Responsibilities: Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy for the Asian market, with a focus on the English-speaking segment. Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with business goals and market trends. Website & Mobile App Management: Oversee the marketing strategy for both the company website and mobile apps (Android and iOS). Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize user experience and ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platforms. Customer Acquisition: Lead the execution of customer acquisition campaigns through key channels including CPA networks, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMM, ASO, and OEM partnerships. Advanced Data Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Power BI is required to drive data-driven decisions and improve marketing ROI. Brand Awareness & Reputation: Develop initiatives to increase brand recognition and strengthen the company’s reputation across the market. Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent and positive brand representation. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead a team of marketing professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, design, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies are effectively executed across all channels. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within fintech or a related industry. Strong experience in the Asian market, particularly with a focus on the English-speaking segment. Expertise in digital marketing channels: CPA networks, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMM, ASO, OEM. Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Power BI, and other marketing analytics tools. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
