Обязанности:
Service Engineer, Moscow Patient Monitoring and Life Support Responsibilities: Service Operation Following service strategy. Support sales department in service issues Cooperation with sales, marketing and other departments Daily work in CRM systems Service Delivery Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) of regular service delivery base on customer segmentations and customer expectations. Develop and following pro-active service delivery model, including service weeks, service scanning, etc. Service Channel Management Process for PMLS service channel management. Technical support distributor engineers and end customers Service training for distributor engineers Requirements Knowledge and Education Requirements Electronic biomedical or relevant professional category Over 5 years of working experiences in service in medical equipment industry with Solid understanding about medical equipment industry.
