Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the core finance functions including Statutory and Management Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Taxation, Compliance and Treasury Oversee financial, accounting, and internal control functions to ensure compliance with accounting standards Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations process and ensuring they are completed, and all reconciling items appropriately addressed in a timely manner for review Establish robust accounting processes and regularly review and improve existing procedures to ensure compliance Manage all aspects of income tax, SST, and other tax compliance Identify and address potential control weaknesses and manage associated risks Implement processes to monitor and communicate business risks and opportunities Collaborate with other department heads to identify, measure, and manage organizational risks to enhance performance Drive continuous process and results improvement through effective planning, performance monitoring, and leadership Undertake additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by management Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment required Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred Prior audit background in Big 4 required Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance Fluent English MNC or regional experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, such as SAP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work Ability to identify and manage risks related to client accounts Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiency We offer: Office location: metro station Sukharevskaya / Chistye Prudy Working schedule 5 \ 2 from 9.00 to 18.00 Medical Insurance after trial period Good team of professionals in international companyПохожие вакансии
