ManpowerGroup in Russia and the CIS and our client are looking for a Procurement manager. Responsibilities: qualify new suppliers and supplier relationship management, including high-level meeting, Quarterly Business Review (QBR), supplier performance management, etc.; manage supplier selection process, hold negotiation; PO (purchase order) management, P2P (from procurement request to payment) process management, acceptance management; contract management, contract negotiation, signing, archiving; make procurement strategy for normal projects and execute the strategy establish and maintain the country price benchmark; execute the supplier resources assurance. Requirements : higher education (bachelor degree or above); related work experience (3+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG / procurement) (marketing / service background as a plus); preferably from international companies; strong negotiation and communication skills; good presentation skills; strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above); professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must); hard working, team work spirit; good time management and result oriented; optimistic and ready to face challenges, overcome difficulties.
